About Us
Founded in Konya, Turkey in 1995, Ozan Food Truck is a custom food truck and food trailer manufacturer.
For more than thirty years the company has built food trucks, food trailers and container restaurants for businesses of every size, and that experience shapes every design and engineering decision. Each build is developed around the client’s service flow, equipment needs and brand identity. Hotels and resorts, restaurant chains, cafe brands, food producers and catering companies are among its main clients.
The company’s work covers five groups. Custom food trucks are designed from scratch, with dimensions, layout and exterior defined for each project. Food trucks and food trailers are built on a range of chassis and trailer sizes for different service capacities. Vintage food trucks combine a classic look with modern kitchen equipment. Shipping container restaurants are delivered complete with kitchen, utilities and lighting. Coffee trailers and mobile cafes are designed around the coffee bar and service counter. Catering trailers and mobile kitchens for events are also part of the range.
Bodywork and chassis work, insulation, stainless steel fabrication, electrical and gas installation and kitchen equipment fitting are all carried out in the company’s own factory. Keeping every stage of the build in one facility allows workmanship to be checked at each step, and production follows the approved technical drawings and equipment layout.
Each project begins with an initial meeting to clarify requirements and technical specifications. The layout, exterior design and equipment list are then prepared and submitted for the client’s approval. Manufacturing proceeds on the approved project, and once all checks are complete the food truck or trailer is delivered on the committed date.
Alongside single builds, the company carries out series production of food trucks and food trailers for restaurant chains and franchise brands, with every vehicle built to the same dimensions, equipment and appearance as the first approved project.
Besides projects across Turkey, Ozan Food Truck exports food trucks and food trailers worldwide. For export projects, each build is engineered to the electrical and gas standards of the destination country, and shipping is planned by road or sea.
