What goes into a mobile cafe
A single or tandem-axle trailer, a fixed kiosk or a small vehicle, chosen for where the cafe will stand.
Espresso machine, grinder, drinks counter, stainless worktops, fridge, sink and storage placed for one or two baristas.
Lift-up awnings, lit menu boards, display fridges and counters placed for the way customers order and wait.
Wood, paint, wrap, illuminated signs and warm lighting designed with the brand, so the cafe works after dark too.

Hotel food court truck and kiosk
A vintage-style food truck and a timber kiosk built for the food court of SIU Collection Hotel. The red truck has a lit Food Truck sign and serving hatch, and the kiosk opens onto a stainless counter beside the picnic tables.
Coffee trailer
A tandem-axle coffee trailer with a lift-up awning, lit roof sign and wooden lower panels. The espresso station, menu boards and side door are placed for a fast-moving queue.
Coffee trailer
A coffee trailer with a rounded body, wooden panels and a lift-up awning lined with warm lights. It is built to look its best at dusk, with a lit menu and a neon sign.
Ice cream trailer
A rounded tandem-axle trailer for ice cream, wrapped in colourful artwork with a neon sign and a lit roof sign. The serving window opens onto a counter with an ice cream display.
Ape coffee bar
A three-wheel Ape with a wooden body, lift-up awning and a coffee and drinks bar inside, built for a hotel terrace. It carries the hotel brand and is sized to stand on a terrace.
Coffee and street food kiosks
Compact kiosks with a lift-up hatch or a full-width awning, lit inside and finished in black. They suit fixed spots such as parks, terraces and shopping centre entrances.
